All orders are shipped from Korea. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Shipping is free.

If your product has a confirmed defect, return shipment is not required unless otherwise requested by SLOAID. Please contact us with a description of the issue and photos showing the defective part. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement.

Refund


If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please contact us with a description of the issue and photos of the defective part. Once confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take approximately 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@sloaid.com.

Return & Refund


For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

RollerGOLD connects directly to DEFINE Ampoule, allowing the formula to be applied evenly to the skin while rolling.
It is ideal for those experiencing the concentrated care of DEFINE Ampoule for the first time, or whenever focused care for skin texture and overall condition is needed. For repeated use, allow at least 5–6 days between each ritual so the skin has sufficient time to recover.

ROLLER GOLD
DEFINE AMPOULE

A Home Ritual That Begins with Five Minutes of Rolling

  1. After cleansing, prepare the skin.
  2. Attach RollerGOLD to DEFINE Ampoule.
  3. Lightly tap the device on the back of your hand to check the ampoule flow.
  4. Gently roll in one direction for approximately five minutes, following the skin texture.
  5. Detach RollerGOLD, apply the remaining ampoule to the skin, and allow it to absorb.
  6. Complete the ritual with the 0° Hydrogel Mask.

Leave the mask on for approximately 30 minutes or use it overnight for 8 hours or more.

Helps soften and condition while supporting a smooth, nourished finish.
