Welcome to SLOAID.

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of global.sloaid.com and any related services, products, content, features, tools, and transactions provided through this online store.

Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SLOAID, operated by KL Global Co., Ltd. SLOAID is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.

By visiting our site, browsing our products, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed acceptance and processed payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of order.

Your purchase may only be returned, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that any products purchased from SLOAID are for your personal or household use only and are not intended for commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, or export.

Section 4 — Prices, Payment, and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error. Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, import fees, customs clearance fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country.

Prices displayed on this global store may differ from prices offered through other SLOAID stores, regional websites, offline stores, distributors, retailers, marketplaces, or promotional channels.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You represent and warrant that:

1. the payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;
2. you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
3. charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
4. you will pay all charges incurred at the listed price, including applicable shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, customs duties, and other charges where applicable.

Section 5 — Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

All orders from this global store are shipped from Korea.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier logistics, customs clearance procedures, destination country regulations, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, recipient absence, or events outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a package is delayed, held, returned, or refused due to customs procedures, unpaid customs duties or taxes, incorrect address information, recipient absence, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete import requirements, any additional shipping, return shipping, customs, or related costs may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss may pass to the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The SLOAID name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of SLOAID. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may provide access to third-party tools or optional features through our services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over such tools.

You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement of any kind.

Any new features, tools, or resources added to our services in the future will also be subject to these Terms.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

However, all sales, purchases, product claims, customer service matters, shipping issues, returns, refunds, and transactions made through this store are directly between you and SLOAID.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any purchase, product, injury, damage, loss, claim, or liability arising from or related to your transaction with SLOAID.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SLOAID, KL Global Co., Ltd., Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our services, or your purchase from SLOAID shall be subject to the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
